Control Media Player from the motions of hand

Actually think a busy time, If you got a call when you watching a film or listning to music then you want to answer it pausing the film so you can do this without using keyboard or mouse very easily. You have to do is move your hand across the monitor as seen in the above picture. This is done by "Flutter" Software.
